On January 1, 2016 the first wave of Boomers started turning 70. This milestone shuffles in some major concerns about the incidence of Alzheimer's disease. The numbers projected to have Alzheimer's by 2050 has already increased from 15 million to 16 million. The Alzheimer's Association was blunt in stating "Everyone with a brain is at risk for Alzheimer's disease.

We, the Boomers, need to seriously begin to take care of our brains. Living a brain healthy lifestyle provides the best protection available in combating this dreaded disease. No more procrastination - the time is now. We hit the high risk age.
